This service is taken up by you directly with the Trademark lawyer, and can only be undertaken after your logo or graphic has been created (as they cant do a comparative search if there is nothing to compare).
If no other logo or graphic exsists that is close to matching what we have created for you, then you can begin the trademarking process in the countries and categories that you need to protect.
